Military Hippie offers FAST SAME day shipping (Mon.-Fri.) orders must be placed before 2Pm for same day shipping. We ship USPS First Class Insured with Tracking. We ship worldwide and offer discounted worldwide shipping rates.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Military Hippie, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Military Hippie does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We are not responsible for out of the United States tariff fees, please check your countries tariff policies before ordering.

Military Hippie accepts Military Hippie Gift Cards and the following major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER. We also partner with Amazon Payment.
Military Hippie is required by law to charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to states that require sales tax. In some states, shipping charges are also subject to tax.
Once you submit your order you will receive two emails. The first email is generally received immediately and it confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you that your order has been shipped and will contain the tracking details for your order.
Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Once an order has been submitted there is no guarantee that the order will be able to be cancelled. To submit a request to have your order cancelled, please contact us at 1-833-444-7743, Monday-Friday from 8AM-8PM EST and Weekends from 9AM-5PM EST.

If your order has not yet been shipped we are able to adjust your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped we are unable to make adjustments. Please understand that it is our goal to process all orders as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please note we do ship out some orders in multiple packages. You will not be charged more than one shipping charge for these packages.
